Initial assessment for partial pipe replacement for water feed lines and new shutoff valves was thorough and well done. Tech introduced and explained use of better and more efficient material (than I had initially planned to have installed) to complete the job...to which I agreed. Brian came out, tested the well, got a waterflow test and sample for bacteria test. He had to rig it up to get that and did a great job. Was courteous and professional. I just got 2 estimates and Ben Franklin was $100 more but they were able to come out faster and get a bacteria result faster.

The contractor came to my home and did a water sample and inspected my softing system and advised me that my system was working properly and did not need replaced at this time. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism.
