Very helpful in explaining the work and selecting the best approach to completing the work.
They sent a cracker jack of a technician to do the work: Thayne Murphy. He's the most personable electrician I've ever met and expeditiously and successfully fixed the two electrical problems I was having. I will use them again and will insist that Thayne be the one to do the work.
Prompt, efficient,and excellent service
My issue is with HomeAdvisor. The companies you recommend are not best value for average consumers. The people you give high scores to are companies that charge excessively for their services as did Beacon Electric for their panel installation. Did they do good work? Yes they do good work but they charge the very top dollar for their service. HomeAdvisor should consider giving higher ratings to more cost conscious providers. Our experience with Beacon Electrical Services has left me and my wife very pleased and impressed with the work they done for us. We had a fan installed in our newly constructed deck enclosure. There was no supporting wiring or cabling for a fan installation. Bob Hanifin (the owner) and his technical assistant and electrician Brandon Lewis formulated a plan for the fan installation and support wiring needed for an outside environment.
