They were very friendly and listened to the consumers about what they were concerned about and followed what they had said.
Showed up on time, figured out the problem and fixed it quickly.
Work was done professionally. Price was higher than comparable electricians
No wow factor for the cost. It took weeks to get the lights to work, the cables are exposed and the cost did not align with the standard of work. The owner did try to rectify the problems and refunded a portion of my cost but the wow factor is absent from the costly project.
The work was done as requested.
I highly recommend Beacon: A great experience from beginning to end! After a frustrating experience with another firm that took more than 2 weeks just to get me an estimate, I found Beacon through Home Advisor. They called me immediately, came to my house the next day and, not only did they give me a quote while on site, it was far lower than the other firm, and they were able to complete the work immediately - meaning, that same morning.
