Mr. Chris was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything I needed, why I needed it and the cost required. Mr. Chris told about the annual inspection, benefits and the cost for that. I am very grateful for the staff at Banks Quarles and appreciate how thorough and friendly they treated me. Thank you! PS: I loved the commercials that once upon a time played on a radio station. I listened every morning on my way to work!

Customer Service was A-1! Jason was on time, use shoe covers prior to entering my home, very respectful and and answered all my questions about my gas fireplace logs. He performed a furnace tuneup as well and gave me a review/status of it. He was through, but in no way pushy and I really appreciate that.
