I have used Aux before and was pleased then as I am now. I hired them to clean the dryer vent at my 81-year-old mother's house. I was supposed to be with her while the work was being done but had a conflict and could not be. She was VERY happy with Aux - especially with the man who came to do the work. She said that he was a very nice and pleasant man who got down to work and got the job done in a quick and efficient manner. Thank you, Aux, for sending whoever you sent to my mom's house.

Diagnosis complete at this time. Waiting for parts. Satisfaction will be determined if repair corrects operation of HVAC systems.
I did need AUX to return for a second visit (for the same problem) but there was no additional service charge for the return visit. The problem was related to something that was working intermittently, so it's reasonable the light fixture problem wasn't diagnosed properly the first time. Great customer service, and problem was fully addressed on return visit. I plan to continue using AUX for future needs as they handled the situation really well.
There bid was higher than your estimates. There timely service was less than timely by hours.
