Prompt and courteous service! Tech came out within an hour of my call and had the problem fixed in no time.
Great customer service! Had excellent experience when we needed to replace our system a few years ago. Today our thermostat broke. I called in and it was replaced, same day, no charge.
Wonderful experience.... Our heater quite after my husband tried to change our thermostat with one from Home Depot. The technician came by, changed a fuse in the furnace and we were up and running. He made my husband feel better by saying it happens all the time....
Highly recommended! Friendly, courteous and on time! I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg when my a/c went out. These guys came in and fixed the problem within 30 minutes, and it ended up costing me less than $100.00. I will never call anyone else again! Thank you!
My air conditioner went out ye... My air conditioner went out yesterday and I called Woodlands AC & Heating. The technicians name was Brian and he did a wonderful job. He did a nice job explaining everything and even wore shoe booties while inside the house. Very professional and I highly recommend!
after calling several companie... after calling several companies regarding my old a c unit, and getting more confused with all the options, i called the woodlands heating and a/c on a sunday morning, and a human answered the phone!!! i spoke with the service manager jeff bell who was there finishing some paperwork. he answered several questions for me and offered to come talk in person, shortly after he arrived with broshures...
SuperBowl party saved! When we woke up Sunday morning, our house was cold. Not real cold, but enough to ruin our SuperBowl party. I called The Woodlands Heating & Air Conditioning and to my amazement, a human answered. No voicemail or dispatchers, a real human! They had a technician here within an hour and had our furnace working in no time. Most impressive, there was no extra charge for the Sunday service call....
