I called the office and was able to get a same day appointment. Jonathan arrived promptly, was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. He followed up with practical advice after he was done. He also wore boot covers and was friendly and respectful. Highly recommend!
We had an AC problem develop overnight. I called the office first thing in the morning and met with Jeff at 10:30. He explained our options, answered a lot of questions and recommended a replacement for our 12 year old HVAC unit. We were able to negotiate a reasonable discount off the initial price that was quoted and he was able to get a crew out in 11/2 hours. They completed the installation by 4:00 that afternoon.
