Although the issue was not driven by plumbing he gave solutions where the previous plumber cut unnecessary holes in the kitchen ceiling and communicated a clear path to solving the problem. Great to get honest feedback from him to move forward. We will definitely be back for the next plumbing issue( fingers crossed here!!)

They were fantastic to work with! I called them at 4pm on a Friday night, they were here with 45 min and put in a new hot water heater within a couple hours! Professional, very nice, reasonably priced, prompt, great service, very nice phone person who took my call. Didn’t charge us more for a Friday night service call! Would totally recommend & use them again in a heartbeat.

Jackie Ashley was very knowledgeable about a special older black plastic pipe to cast iron drain pipe connection. In older homes this can be a tricky reconnection as the cast iron can be brittle and break during the refit. Jackie had the expertise and “touch” to remove the old and replace the new. Very grateful for his skill. The overall project included a main drain leak repair and additional plumbing for a washer drain (no more washer to utility sink drain, which is prone to flooding accidents).
