The Winters staff are excellent professionals, and nice besides. We had a hard to diagnose heating problem in an old brownstone in the South End. Our technician Ken actually knew the building, and his experience with the heating system in place was a great help. In the office, Sheila was absolutely great, patient and friendly through multiple changes and obstacles in scheduling. This company is really worth the money! Competent, communicative, and super good people.

I used Winters Services again a couple weeks ago, and again I was very impressed with this organization. Zane came out and did a thorough analysis and then presented me with 4 options to move forward. He was on-time, and worked fast to get our house back on-line with the AC unit. I strongly recommend Winters as they are reliable, affordable, and very pleasant to work with during a not so much fun situation. Thank you to Zane and all the staff at Winters!
I called Winters because my boiler went. I ended up going with the "Bundle Up" plan. The service was great, very personable and professional. They walked me through everything and emphasized that if anything happens, it's fully covered. They did an excellent job and I definitely felt that my family is ready for the months ahead! Can't recommend them enough!
Outstanding service. 5 stars...My husband and I was very please with the knowledgeable and courteous Staff. We had Tristan as our technician even tho I didn't meet Tristan personally ( we spoke over the phone) my husband thought he was awesome and honest. He took his time and explained everything throughly. He even suggested some product that currently my husband and I will be looking into. I arrived home from a 7 hr drive yesterday to find no heat in my home. I called Winters and within an hour, Steve shows up, diagnoses my issue. Apologizes for not being able to get the part until Monday morning, and as promised, shows up 1st thing and by noon, I have heat. He was professional and trust worthy. He explained the different programs and we chose to sign up for their maintenance plan too. When he replaced my part, he then services both our units right away. Now that is service.
