Mike from Winters was AMAZING -- he came out really quickly when all the plumbers around were swamped with the aftermath of frozen pipes, and fixed the problem I was having quickly. Most importantly, he talked to me with respect and like I was an intelligent person who could understand what he was saying -- many of the plumbers I tried talking to today were dismissive and direspectful and I really appreciated Mike's attitude.
Ian did a great job inspecting and explaining what he did Today servicing my gas heater.Very professional and thorough with an easy going manner and great personality. I recommend him highly,could not have been more satisfied, Thank you,Ian!
