Jason W was very helpful with my problem. I had a dripping kitchen faucet and he offered two solutions. I opted for a new faucet. He showed me the selection available, made recommendations and gave me the price. It was completed in a little over an hour. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. Another example of Weltman's excellent employees.
Jason W from Weltman Home Services arrived promptly, explained what he was going to do to clear out the sewer line to the house, provided numerous options for preventative steps to avoid future problems, explained all billing and also provided an estimate for scoping the sewer line should I chose to have it done at a later date. Jason W has made other service calls to my home and has always been professional and courteous, and I feel confident about his skills and knowledge.
Jason did a superlative job not only in the installation of a new toilet but in determing the cause of a water leak that had been dripping for a period o almost 5 days. It was not an easy task but he finally located the source and eliminated the the leak.. I consider Jason as a asset to your organization.
I had a backed up tub and it started to leak water under the toilet. The first plumber I called removed the toilet and tried to open the line. After a couple of attempts his snake got stuck. He then used a camera which couldn't see pass a point under the cement garage floor, going into the house. We are so impressed with the service Jason W provided when he came out to our home. Not only was he able to fix the problems we were having, he was very friendly and took the time to answer all of our many questions. We would highly recommend him and although we hope we won't have any more issues arise, if we do we now know who we can trust to fix it.
Service specialist Rich H arrived promptly. He was courteous and professional and performed the required services in a quick, efficient manner. This was an outstanding customer experience. Based upon my past dealings with this company, I would highly recommend their services.
