These guys rock! Extremely grateful for the courteous and prompt service today. We had an urgent issue come up last night, and Donovan was there by mid day today to diagnose it. Brad was on time, communicated clearly before starting and throughout the job. Most importantly, he thoroughly cleaned the ductwork and returns in our new construction home (one example, attached). Like all of the other technicians from Ultimate that I have had the pleasure of having service the HVAC system in my home, Brad is a consummate professional.
Evan provided excellent service. He showed up right on time, inspected our HVAC system thoroughly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and wrote up a quote on the spot. He completed the repairs in a timely manner. Evan is very personable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I would not hesitate to call upon him for future repairs. Ryan was so wonderful! He came to do our annual service for our A/C unit and heating system. He was very thorough, friendly, and let us know he was happy to answer any questions we had. He let us know what the process was and was very methodical. At the end he gave us some recommendations for the future but also wasn’t pushy which was very appreciated. Everyone at ultimate heating and air was extremely helpful. Our ac went out and it’s the hottest part of summer with no signs of it cooling down anytime soon. They came out the same day I called and after a very busy day still managed to come and provide the best service and with good spirits. Highly recommend.
