Ultimate has gone above and beyond. A guy stayed with us late Friday to help us secure a new system and payment plan. Our previous serviceman did a shotty job, never told us our AC unit needed to be registered to cover the warranty, and they gave us a unit that wasn’t the right size for our home. Had a great experience with Darin Wilson he stuck with it to get financing done and really helped us out. The team that came and installed our system was phenomenal they were super professional really made me feel like they knew exactly what needed to be done. No hiccups great guys and the system works great if I could give them more stars I would.
Chris has been in the business a long time and it shows through his knowledge when talking to him. He made the process so easy. He took a couple measurements and some notes and had a price to me before he left. Very painless and convenient.
Best service call I have had with a heating and air company- Nick was the best and I will not book another appointment unless he is the serviceman!
