Chris, from Ultimate Heating & Air, came out to our home to give us a quote on a heating unit for our garage. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered some really insightful suggestions on how to best warm the space (I will use part of it for an office). Needless to say, we took his advice... and placed an order. The unit will be installed later this week! Follow-up... Stetson and his team did a great job with the installation. Very professional throughout.
Tyler listened to all the information I had and gave great feedback. He encouraged me to ask any questions I had making sure I had information I needed to make an informed decision in repairs vs. replacement. I really appreciate all the time and care he put in when examining the furnace. He made me feel part of process explaining what he was looking for. He made me feel that he cared about what he was doing and how it affected my decision. I would recommend Tyler all day long.
Our furnace recently malfunctioned and wasn't heating at all, I called 2 other places who were both unable to come out to service our unit for at least 4-5 days. Ultimate heating and air was able to come out within the hour and had our unit back working within 2 hours. A thorough diagnostic work up was performed and the technician made sure that our unit was reliably heating before he left. We are so grateful! We will definitely be calling them again for reliable, excellent service.
Ultimate air was awesome in their response to my request for a service call. They got me in on the same day within an hour and a half! I was so impressed and the young man Ryan Cook that came out to service my heating system and thermostat was wonderful. Very patient very informative and extremely thorough. I am so happy to have used their service and I plan on signing up for their maintenance plan as well. How nice to find such a responsive and helpful company.
Shawn came to our house and repaired our shower cartridge and replaced our shower head. He was very thorough . He was extremely helpful and very kind. Thank you for the good work. I will be using him again. I’m so happy I finally found a plumber I can trust.
