Steve Muller from Junkluggers made an initial assessment visit and was able to schedule a team to come over in just a week. Steve was very thorough and explained how Junkluggers works and how they calculate the fee. Lee and RJ showed up on time. They are both very friendly, and efficient in assessing what needed to be done and in what order. They separated items according to trash/recycle/donation. Completed the task I needed even more thoroughly than I expected, including sweeping decades of gunk collected around the shelves that were removed. Very kind. Professional. On time. Quick. And great conversationalists, to boot! Dedicated to the good their work can do twice: helping someone unable to do a task themselves and discarding the materials in the most environmentally responsible manner.
