I had a small amount of demo-waste and called Junkluggers for pickup. Abdul and James called about 30 min before their arrival in the promised time window. They were very polite and quoted a fair price. They were also very quick and had my stuff loaded on their truck in no time. I highly recommend them.
Definitely would recommend this company for all your clean out needs. Steve was wonderful with the scheduling process. He came to the house and assessed what items would be leaving the premises. What items could be donated and what items could not. The men that came on Oct 28, 2024 were on time and very professional and polite. Abdul, James, and Tyler communicated ten minutes before arrival. When they got to our house they estimated the job right then and there and got to work. Quick, efficient and friendly. After 10 minutes they were done. I would use them again in a heart beat. This was the most stress free and painless experience I’ve ever had with this type of service. 5 stars and well earned. Dishonest and inept. This Junkluggers location was hired to help with clean up at a family home we were preparing to sell. Items for removal were marked. They initially left the house with the job only partially done. After we called to discuss this, they returned. They removed the additional items that had been missed and cleaned up the debris they had left on the floor.
