I contacted Junkluggers with a request to haul away contractor bags and other items as I was de-cluttering a home. They were able to accommodate my request on the same day. The gentleman I spoke with when inquiring about the services was very informative and polite. The two gentleman who came to my home were very friendly, polite, helped me retrieve a bulky item in my home that I needed help with and hauled away all my items quickly. If needed again I would definitely use Junkluggers again.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Pedro and James were wonderful. They arrived right when they said they would and were extremely friendly and courteous. They explained the pricing thoroughly and also explained how they donate and/or recycle the items they pick up. They were very careful handling every piece of junk (old furniture), including avoiding hitting any walls or doors. I would definitely use their services again.
Junkluggers are great! Made everything so easy. Same day pickup as promised and the best price of any other junk removal company. Customer service was wonderful. First time using them and not disappointed. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
Once we agreed on a price they were fast and efficient. However, these guys have a script to try and get you to wildly overpay. Asked me to pay 570 to move a king sized bed and box spring. After I said no, they waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes where they said they called t supervisor and “convinced” them to drop down to 300. Already had one junk remover cancel that day so I gave in. Long story short, they will get there quick and perform quick work, but will try to charge you as much as possible.
Received a Val Pac advertisement 6/4/25. Phoned, asked my incentive to p-hone; informed! Inquired if I were phoning to receive a quote or hire. Responded ready to hire yet subject of price quoted, of course. Appointment given for 3:30 PM that same afternoon day Prior to arrival I would receive a call informing they would shortly arrive. I adjusted my schedule and waited. No call came, no arrival. Why? Because I would not guarantee regardless of price I would hire Junkluggers? Would never recommend or have trust in this... read more
