Oh my gosh Junkluggers did a great job! Just want to give a shout out to Morri, Cameron, Chase and Ryan! This was my first time using them, and they really went up and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with their work. Our seller said, brought tears to her eyes to see how clean the place looked after they left. I highly recommend them. Fast, efficient, courteous, and hard-working. Excellent experience from start to finish. I contacted Junkluggers 2 weeks ago for help clearing out a storage unit. Great communication from the company, including an easy interface on the website to book, a prompt confirmation call, and another confirmation email this week. I hired junkluggers to do combo spring clean/clean out and move some heavy stuff for dump run. That’s EXACTLY what they did. They were professional, communicative, arrived on time and far surpassed my expectations. They met needs I hadn’t even planned for! Ryan and Scott were extremely nice and competent. I highly recommend their services. Their online booking works well, it was all done/completed on a few days between booking and completion. Outstanding!
Ryan and Derek picked up our junk and they couldn't have been nicer to deal with. Places that treat their customers this good get 5 stars from us. We were in a little jam to get stuff out and they totally hooked us up. And they are veteran owned and operated. Use these guys.
I unfortunately was one of those people who had their pipes burst at night in very cold weather and had water leaking in my garage. I called and requested an emergency clean out the next morning so that I could make room for the plumbers. Not only did they get my message and make an appointment within 12 hours, but the gentlemen were courteous, quick and helpful. It is an excellent service and a great value and they did it quickly!
