I unfortunately was one of those people who had their pipes burst at night in very cold weather and had water leaking in my garage. I called and requested an emergency clean out the next morning so that I could make room for the plumbers. Not only did they get my message and make an appointment within 12 hours, but the gentlemen were courteous, quick and helpful. It is an excellent service and a great value and they did it quickly! Thanks Junkluggers!
I cannot personally recommend them, we used them to remove a piano and messed up my door frame and door. We sent them pictures of the damage and they did nothing to rectify the situation, the gentleman that was here was really polite and nice but blamed the issue on the boys helping him and didn't offer in any way to fix the issue, cost me $450 to have a messed up door frame! Not cool would never recommend this organization
Really appreciated their service, focusing on reusing and recycling. We had a unique situation and wanted to be sure items were not just thrown out as junk, so there was some purpose to clearing out the home of someone who had passed away. Very kind crew and owner Chase, who took time with us to answer questions. I'd say not your typical junk removal service, taking a little extra care in repurposing goes a long way.
Would definitely recommend. Came out and gave us an estimate on how much the removal would be and were very honest and upfront about what they could and couldn't take. They were also very quick to get the job done and were very prompt with when they would be arriving.
