Called Junkluggers after we cleaned out our storage in our basement. From the first phone call to the job being completed, they deserve more than a 5 star review. David and Luis came to my house on time and they were both very professional. While taken out my items they confirmed with me a few times just to make sure they had the correct things to take. I have used Junkluggers twice and both times I have been extremely impressed their ability to help me on short notice, their professionalism, their promptness, their communication,… I highly recommend them! When they come to your home, or place of business, they walk around with you so they know exactly what they should be taking. Donald and Scott called and advised their estimated time of arrival as I requested. They worked diligently to get the furniture removed and loaded so the condo was cleaned out. The building had strict egress rules and they followed them. I would not hesitate to use this crew again and was very pleased that the job was done well!
