Zack and Caesar came to pick up my old couch. They were ahead of schedule and called to ask if they could complete the job early. I can see why! They were very friendly, efficient and quick. I had expected this to take an hour or so but no. They were in and out in like 10 minutes! And that included the estimate, before and after pictures for their records, moving the couch out and payment. Chayton and Zach were absolutely amazing I will use this company for all my future jobs. They Came with positive attitudes were very pleasant. And respectful gave us a fair quote. Did the work quickly and even helped us with something else we needed!! They were absolutely wonderful. We would recommend anyone to use them in the future.
Found them extremely easy to work with. Although they were behind and could not make the estimate appointment on the day we agreed upon, they communicated by text quickly and were able to give me an estimate via pictures and texts..then agreed to come early the next day for pickup. We didn't even have to be home, just left things in the driveway and was no hassle. Easier than I expected.
Junkluggers was awesome, way better than the others. Chayton and Zack arrived early in a bitter cold snowstorm and removed everything in a few minutes. The price was great and so was the service!
Great experience with the Junkluggers! They gave me a very reasonable price upfront, took furniture, as well as clothes, and cleaned out the basement. I like the fact that they will sort through everything, and anything usable they will donate. I would highly recommend them!!
