Extremely disappointed with this company. I scheduled with them about a week in advance and then on the day of the appointment, I get a call (from the guy who scheduled me) asking if I really needed them to come today because my appointment just “showed up on their schedule”. Although they were running a little late however they did call to give me heads up. They were still considerate about my time and about getting the job done quickly and efficiently. And just as said they did get the job done quickly within the 30-minute time they were there so I will be using them again!
So happy I called to have my junk removed. Hector & Joe arrived on time, were very professional and efficient. I love how my backyard looks now with all my junk gone. Will definitely use Junkluggers fir other jobs!!
These guys know how to pack a truck to us the best price. Our movers were professional and polite. Love that Junkluggers donate and recycle!
On time, professional and super friendly guys! The price range I was quoted on the phone was lower than what was actual, but I was pleased they tried to "Tetris" my items and got me the lowest price they could. Worth the money!
