Very professional and laid out the details of my old unit's issues in layman' sterns. Had pics and video of the trouble I couldn't see in the handler. Scheduled replacement within the next few weeks! Looking forward to lower electric bills!
James and Steve over at the The Comfort Authority hooked me up! Literally, they came by for a free maintenance and inspection during which they found a detached duct that was costing me energy and money to keep my house cooled and they re-attached it and performed a full professional cleaning at no cost to me!
