The guys at Ted's were able to get us a new system installed before the summer heat started kicking in. They had requoted a system that we were looking at last year and once we decided to move forward we they were at our house in a few days. The installation crew was at the house for two days and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced our old system and added zoning for the upstairs and downstairs. He appropriately set my expectations for when I could expect the part to be received and the final repair to be done. So impressed with the service we received today from Ted’s Plumbing. Did not expect anyone to come today as I didn’t call til after 3 pm. The nice lady said someone would be here within the hour. Grant and Cameron came and checked everything thoroughly. We thought we needed a new water pump, but they found we needed a new hot water heater and pressure tank. We had a wonderful experience with Ted’s HVAC. We bought 2 new Ac units & one mini split. Installe was done in 3 short days. we had two service gentlemen come out each day to Work. They are very kind ,polite & very helpful. They did a beautiful job installing and cleaning up. They also made sure that we understood how all the units worked. I would like to extend my gratitude to Ted and his crew. I was in dire need and so they willingly cared for my RV electrical issues with deep empathy and compassion for my situation even though they don't usually work on them. When I tried to hire companies to come out, they wanted to charge me upwards of $180. an hour just to estimate the issue before even doing any work, but Ted gave me a free estimate and also serviced my electrical at a very fair price.
