Ted’s HVAC is a top notch service provider we’ve used for several years. Everyone from their office staff to, sales to techs in the field are fantastic. We replaced a water heater and a heat pump with Ted’s. We found them competitive in price, polite, respectful and best of all knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ted’s, they show up on time and do what they say they’ll do . They are reliable and don't disappoint.
Called today for a water issue. Grant and Cam came out same day to look at the problem. They were very professional and explained what the problem was. They provided an estimate and allowed me to choose from options. I cannot say enough about how kind and professional both of them were. They worked hard and got my water back on even though it was late on a Friday evening. They cleaned everything up when done. I highly recommend their service if you need a plumber.
This morning my family woke up and we had no water. I called Ted’s and they came out in just a couple of hours! Grant and Nathan were dispatched and showed great professionalism, knowledge of their trade and showed empathy for my house not having water. They even offered multiple options and quotes for the repairs. I recommend using Ted’s for any of your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing needs!
Thorough work. Excellent communication from both office and service providers on site. We used Ted's for many years, but stopped when they raised their prices. But we were so dissatisfied with the new HVAC service company that we went back to Ted's after only one year. In the interim, they had actually reduced the new prices and are back in line with most other HVAC service providers. We feel much more comfortable returning to Ted's whom we trust.
10/10 would recommend. Grant and LJ were courteous and professional. They came out late to fix a water line and even offered to pick us up refreshments when they were on the way. Got the job done quickly, and expertly.
