Y’all, when I moved into my house it had a water filtration and softener system and Superior is the company they used to service it. I just kept it simple and continued to use Superior. They came yesterday and I am so impressed with the service. They could easily tell me I need something and sell it to me as I wouldn’t know but he told me that all was good. Thoroughly checked out everything and cleaned up everything before he left. I’m a fan!!!
I just had my water softener serviced and Larry and Zach were the most professional polite, wonderful people. They got me an appointment right away. They were out early and called when they were on their way and everything went so smoothly. I’d highly recommend them.
We recently moved into a new home with a reverse osmosis water system. Jeff with superior water tested our water, educated us on how the system works along with the water softener. He replaced the filters that needed replacing and explained how often we need to replace them in the future, reset the water pressure tank and told us when to add salt to the softener. Jeff was very nice and professional. I highly recommend him and will request him next time we need service.
Adam arrived early for the appointment after calling. He explained exactly what he would be doing. After completion he explain everything about the unit. Adam made sure he didn’t leave any messes. Jay, who came to our home with an appointment last week, was very knowledgeable. He explained our options and got us set up with exactly what we wanted.
Jeff Fields did an excellent job installing our new EcoWater filtration system under our kitchen sink. He called in advance of his arrival and well within the 2hr appointment window. Jeff was very courteous and made sure the custom-ordered dispenser was what we wanted. His plumbing work and the cut in our quartz countertop was neat and site cleanup after the install was excellent.
