I purchased a unit from Southern Goodman and I received great service staff was great. And Silas was awesome. I called the office to schedule a maintenance and I was told that they no longer can service my unit because I am not in there service area. I spoke to the CEO and all he could do is say that he was sorry. They didn't call or send a letter stating to explain any of the changes.
