We had a new system installed 3 years ago by SoGood. We signed up for a comfort club membership. All technicians and customer service representatives are friendly and professional. The tech takes pictures of any issues with explanations and corrections. We are very pleased with the services provided by SoGood.

Daniel came out to determine why our water bill had doubled. It was determined I had a leak in my main water line. He explained the process in layman's terms. I felt very comfortable going forward with the expensive repair. The job was started on a Monday. When he arrived, he hung plastic to keep the concrete dust to a minimum. This is actually a follow up review as I already did the main review of services on Google reviews. Last week I had my check-up done with these guys and the level of professionalism combined with just how relatable and personable their people are really makes this company shine. Most of all I appreciate that they called me back when I forgot to reschedule an appointment with them because things slip through the cracks sometimes. Keep up the good work!
