I would like to thank Larry, the service man who initially gave me a verbal quote to repair my AC unit. Larry initially quoted me $700.00 but after the installation, the company charged me $1300.00. Larry went to his bosses and explained about the orginal quote and the company is refunding me the difference. I was incredibly impressed with Larry, and company's character and integrity with honoring their orginal quote. Thank you.
Called several times during the first two weeks of Feb 2024. Recording always says Mail Box Full. It would appear there is no one in their office or an answering service to take or return calls. I called 3 other local companies who responded to my request for quotes.
Called to book prepaid fall service on HVAC system. Receptionist extremely accommodating. Very quick and easy to work with. Knew exactly what I needed. Nice to work with knowledgeable companies.
