We have been clients of Silverado for several years having signed up for their annual maintenance plan. The twice annual service has always been completed timely and professionally. I would like to thank Larry, the service man who initially gave me a verbal quote to repair my AC unit. Larry initially quoted me $700.00 but after the installation, the company charged me $1300.00. Larry went to his bosses and explained about the orginal quote and the company is refunding me the difference. I was incredibly impressed with Larry, and company's character and integrity with honoring their orginal quote. Thank you.
