I recently had my annual HVAC maintenance appointment with Rocklin Heating & Air, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. As a Gold Plan member, I've come to expect excellent care, but technician Parker truly went above and beyond. Parker called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on schedule. Our service rep was courteous, cordial, professional, and efficient. He took care of checking our system thoroughly, and then pointed out one concern. When he explained the problem and the possible outcome if it remained, we immediately wanted the repair completed ASAP. Fortunately, he had the part, and it was finished quickly. I am very happy with the results and will become a regular customer.
As a real estate agent, my clients have always had favorable experiences with Rocklin H&A so I included them when obtaining bids to replace me system. From start to finish Rocklin Heating and Air showed nothing but professionalism. Did not make up any answers for any of my inquiries. Shaun gave the best honest perspective amongst the 4 companies I called for proposals. And also gave the lowest competitive price for the option I elected. Repair tech was efficient, fast and fixed our AC in less than an hour. We were seen within 48 hours of calling which is awesome considering the heat! 8/24 edited to add: second of 2 AC unit and coil started to fail. Asked Rocklin Heating and Air to replace both second coil and upstairs a/c unit. They are efficient, quiet and fast. Very polite and very easy to work with. 2% discount for using a check. Would highly recommend.
