Rocklin Heating & Air are amazing!!! Everette was on another call in my neighborhood, I told him about my heating issue and was able to book an appointment on the spot! He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly determined the work Bell Brothers said I needed was not necessary and was able to fix the issue quickly and best of all, it was under a $100 and not the $3,600 quote Bell Bros gave me. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Romney, Brian, Cameron and Connor from Rocklin Heating and Air during the installation of our furnace and air conditioning system. We had Rocklin Heating & Air replace our entire HVAC system (AC, furnace, thermostats, etc). They did an excellent job from start to finish and we are really enjoying the new system. Not only were they price competitive, but they communicated well and all the staff were very nice. You know you have chosen the right crew when not one, but both, inspectors said "Did Rocklin Heating and Air do this? They always do a great job." Definitely recommend.
Brad came to my house and was very though when he gave me an estimate. He took the time to explain the systems and how they will work. I was very impressed with the scheduling of the appointment and the actual appointment. I would definitely recommend Rocklin Heating and Air’s customer service.
Rocklin Heating and Air is excellent. Every interaction was easy and they delivered what they promised. I appreciate when technicians show up when they say they will (this is surprisingly rare now days with many companies). All personnel from the office to the install crew was professional and not just competent, but was able to speak to all aspects of the job and provide education as needed regarding our new HVAC system.
