Wes and William did an amazing job on our install. We had a really old system that stopped working. They came in and did a 2 day job. They were so quick and quite we barely noticed they were here. Robinson air also brought us 2 portable units for 2 weeks to keep us cool until they were able to install our brand new unit. I would recommend them to anyone.
Such a phenomenal experience. Our Account Rep Jeremy Pinto was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and took his time guiding us to the right system for our needs. He walked us through the entire process and checked in regularly making sure we were 100% satisfied and happy. Technician was knowledgeable and explained what was going on with my tankless water heater system. Unfortunately, the wrong part arrived instead of what we needed for the fix. Awesome and affordable service! Dustin did a fantastic and quick job at clearing a tough clog I had been struggling with for almost a week. He was friendly and professional, even went beyond and gave me some advice on other parts of my house. I went ahead and signed up for their membership because I will definitely be using them again if there is ever another issue.
