We had new heat pump installed. Wes and Kerwin were great! Very professional and courteous . I would recommend Robinson Air if you need any heating/ac work done! Today Sidney had to come back to make some adjustments. As always, professional and courteous. Update 01/10/2025 The new system had a couple of "kinks " that needed to be worked out. Michael McCracken, Wes and Kerwin took care of it. As always, professional and courteous.
JP came and looked at hot water side of my shower and gave me the estimates for the work Good Better Best. He was very professional and totally courteous. I really can't afford it now but I will keep them in mind for the work. JP has a very nice attitude. Honest too.
Sydney was amazing and so Professional for both visits he came twice and was very efficient and did an amazing job would highly recommend. He even went above and beyond and found a leak that we didn’t know existed. We’ll definitely use Robinson again thank you.
Brandon and Jeremy were awesome and took the time to explain all of the issues with my system and the potential fixes for it. They even took the time to see if they could connect everything properly in a very old house with a dinosaur system and Frankenstein's duct work. They were incredibly patient with my animals and conscious of where the cats were, making sure none of my cats got into were they working.
The Robinson crew did a great job! We've used them many times and are one of the Loyalty subscribers where they come twice a year check the system before we change over. We had a whole new system installed and the crew were respectful, tidy and pretty enthusiastic about their jobs. Would do business with them again in a heartbeat!
