We had an outstanding experience with our Generac installation. Chris Gallagher led the team of four throughout the day. They built a very solid 3 foot platform for the unit to sit on, ran the wiring from the meter to the unit as well as new 4 wire to our breaker panel. Finally, they hooked up the natural gas line and demonstrated how the transfer operates. Garret from preferred home was very patient and did and excellent job cleaning my coils and motor blower. I recommend Garret if your looking for a good job to be done. Had our water heater flushed and found a failed expansion tank in the process. Noah was very professional and friendly. The complete service was completed in 90 minutes and he left the work area spotless. We have been very pleased with Preferred Home Services in the past.
Another Great job by Preferred! Everything looks great and I'm looking forward to a cool summer with no AC issues. They also identified a potentially dangerous electrical issue (from the original build) that needs attention. I'll be calling their electrical people for that. Thank you Preferred!
I was very pleased with the customer services, professionalism, communication and commitment to address my needs. I appreciated the concerns and desire of the Installation Team of Ethan Basile and Marcus Mitchell to complete the job in one day.
