We had an outstanding experience with our Generac installation. Chris Gallagher led the team of four throughout the day. They built a very solid 3 foot platform for the unit to sit on, ran the wiring from the meter to the unit as well as new 4 wire to our breaker panel. Finally, they hooked up the natural gas line and demonstrated how the transfer operates. Garret from preferred home was very patient and did and excellent job cleaning my coils and motor blower. I recommend Garret if your looking for a good job to be done. Had our water heater flushed and found a failed expansion tank in the process. Noah was very professional and friendly. The complete service was completed in 90 minutes and he left the work area spotless. We have been very pleased with Preferred Home Services in the past.
Our air wasn't cooling correctly and Preferred came out early that afternoon. Both Will and Thomas were very friendly and professional and won over our dogs. Will quickly diagnosed the issues which another company had missed and we spent a lot of time discussing our options. He was very patient as I had to wait for calls and texts from my husband who was out of town. We've been very satisfied with Preferred and would highly recommend them.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience as a Preferred member. Everyone I’ve talked to there has been so nice. You can just tell they all work hard to try to get your situation resolved as fast as possible. Specifically, I’d like to give a shout out to my tech, Garret.
