I had a fantastic experience with Preferred! My evaporator coil and blower wheel needed cleaning, and William and Julian came out the same day to take care of it. They were prompt, professional, and got the job done quickly without cutting corners. Not only were they efficient, but they were also incredibly patient, answering all of my questions and explaining the process clearly. I really appreciated their thoroughness and the great service they provided. Highly recommend Preferred HVAC—especially William and Julian!
This team was great! We had an emergency heat issue during inspection. Thomas with Preferred came out that night to accommodate our schedule & had us scheduled for the next morning. Kenny, Scott, Jaxon & Gabe were on time, professional, knowledgeable & just fantastic all around. They worked literally all day & into the night to make sure we had everything we needed that night!
I would recommend them and I will be a reoccurring customer they took good care of my situation. I needed the plumbing side so they sent over an tech with almost 20 years experience, His name is Revlon he was knowledgeable and answered any concerns that I may had.will be asking for the same technician when I need to call them again for plumbing services 👍🏾
Called Preferred Home Services on a Saturday evening because my elderly parents lost power to quite a few electrical outlets in their home and they had a wonderful electrician by the name of John out there by noon on Sunday. John was courteous, professional, and competent. He fixed the issue within one hour and this company could easily have charged a ton of money for a Sunday repair but they did not. I had a toilet replaced by Josh DeLeo, one of the finest, kindest, and most knowledgeable plumbing technicians I've dealt with! He went above and beyond in helping us when the Lowe's nearby didn't have the tank we needed, so he drove all the way back to the shop to get it and back out to the house. His dedication and great work, and his fantastic personality, are all amazing! I'm very pleased with your company and your awesome technicians like Josh! Thank you very much!
