Richard (Todd) came out to replace 2 toilets and did an excellent job and cleHe was very knowledgeable, detailed, and up front with pricing. He also replaced the kitchen spin and grin strainer, which was leaking. My husband had just bought a new disposal, but, was not able to put it in, because of his back and knees. Rich was kind enough to do the work for us. I will definitely use Plumbing Masters in the future. Thanks again Rich, for your excellent work and kindness!

"After 10 years of faithful service, my gas water heater suddenly stopped producing hot water. I found Plumbing Masters online and they were able to send someone out that very morning! Lester arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He tested several components and explained that due to the age of the unit (and my admitted lack of maintenance!), a replacement would be the most cost-effective solution. We had a plumbing leak and our garage was flooded. We called around to a few plumbing services, but surprisingly a flooding garage was an important enough to have same-day service. We called plumbing Masters and the receptionist got appointment and confirm that appointment within a few minutes and Michael came within the hour. This is the second time we have used Plumbing Masters. Our technician was DAVID HEURING was fantastic. We had him out for what we thought was a small leak and he identified, and explained really well, a much larger pressure issue and another leak. He walked us through the issues really well, gave us a great price, offered a membership to increase savings and warranty, and then did EXCELLENT work. First, the woman who does scheduling expressed empathy for what we were going through and quickly got us assistance. She's a jewel! Then Aaron did the work with a smile on his face and very kind! He was a delight in our home. Then lastly Casey, was a great listener, explained what they would be assessing and showed me the results. He presented our options plus cost and I was so pleased with Plumbing Masters! Such a great team.
