We needed a new water heater as ours was starting to not work and was leaking. Thanks to Javier’s knowledge on water heaters we decided to go with a tankless water heater (which have a lifespan about 2-3x longer than a standard water heater) which help solve an additional two problems we were encountering: running out of hot water and the time it would take to get hot water through out the house. Javier, Nick, & Craig saved the day for us when we needed our air conditioning unit and our furnace replaced during 90+ degree weather. The process was seamless from start to finish. We called and they were here the very next day to evaluate our issues and then back again the following day to do all the necessary repairs. This review is long over due but well worth notating. Our boiler, hot water tank and other mechanical needs were in dire need of repairs. We contacted one company who maintained our swap cooler prior to contacting Patriot Pros. The whole crew and the owners were very friendly and informative. They kept us informed on each detail of what was happening and made sure any questions were answered. They have a fantastic crew, I think we met 5 of their technicians. Javier and Sarah came out for the initial consultation, and they’re super nice people. They put in our new water filtration system and iron shield, and everything was done professionally with a clean sleek look. Would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.
Javier Hoggard from Patriot Pros was excellent! The company and he as well, communicated with us during every step of the process. They explained everything in detail and made sure we were happy with the results. They went above and beyond in their service and I would totally use them again if needed.
