Shay and team are true professionals. They are extremely knowledgeable, and have consistently provided us with top notch service. They replaced our hot water heater same day, and our furnace when that failed as well. Would recommend this outstanding team to everyone!
What a wonderful family owned business. Javier and Sarah are so caring, kind and professional people. Alexis the mgr treats his staff as family more then employees, what a great team. The three projects Patriot Pros has done for me have been so great, that even my neighbors have used them too. The picture attached is my last project of moving my main shut off valve from the crawl space to my main level. Patriot Pros are the ones to go with if you need a job done right with a professional team, and a whole lot of kindness!
Patriot Pro's installed a completely new furnace, Water Heater, and AC system for us when our old system was due to be replaced. We had a great experience from start to finish, and our system has been working great from day one. During annual system inspections we've learned a ton of good information from the techs to do routine maintenance tasks ourselves. Samuel went above and beyond to troubleshoot multiple things going on in my house, even checking additional things like my water pressure and pipes to ensure no leaks that I had not even called them to investigate. He was very professional and his attention to detail was much appreciated! 5 star service and unmatched professionalism. Javier came out on a Saturday for an emergency issue. He explained everything in detail. He and his team were able to fix all of our issues same day. I highly recommend the team at Patriot Pros, they really are professionals.
