Had a pretty serious HVAC issue at our house recently. Nerve racking incident of course knowing what it could all entail. Called a few places for quotes and got in touch with Jon at Over the Moon. Jon was incredibly helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. Quote was fair priced and working with them was incredibly smooth and put me at ease. Work got done quickly and our AC is running great again. Cannot recommend Over the Moon, Jon, and the technician Josue enough.
Erick came and ran his tests on our older air conditioner. The air conditioner cools the home but not as fast as it should, so I called for an inspection. He mentioned he's been doing this for 7 years. He would share that some tests were not what they should be. But had absolutely zero ideas what could be done to even remotely solve them. Eric and Jesse were superb! Came out on an emergency call . Spent 3 hours on diagnosis. It ended up being a huge difficulty with the install from another company. They recommended we first try to get the work done under warranty from the installer. They are capable, honest and went the extra mile. Only charged for the diagnostics and not the 3 hours here!
