Logan was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to do a temporary fix until getting the part in that needs to be swapped out. I called this company and in less than 24 hours (on a weekend no less) we had someone out and getting us our AC up and running again. 10/10 recommend this company!
We contacted One Hour and Nate’s response was quick! They even sent Logan out on Father’s Day to check out our air ducts and unit. Logan was great at explaining what he inspected and what needed to be done. He was thorough and answered all of our questions. On set date, Logan and Jesus came and worked tirelessly to get our air ducts cleaned. Jesus was impeccable! He was courteous and knowledgeable! He quickly identified the problem; however, he completed a full inspection in order to mitigate further risk. He showed me the issue and explained the repair process. He also taught me what other issues to look out for in the future that could cause the same issue. I highly recommend this company! They were quick to respond, understand the issue, and determine root cause. Absolutely affordable too!
Jesus C. Was quick at diagnosing a fan not engaging issue. He reported to us that the previous technician ( different company) who worked on the unit had installed the wrong compacitor.
