Joshua came out and was very professional, knew the job well, did not rush things, ensured things were done properly, was in communication with me and his office consistently. He made me feel comfortable with having him inside my home doing work. He did a great job. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get heading fixed.

Joshua was so kind to go the extra mile to provide us an honest and accurate quote and time frame for the job, and even he brought an electrician on the day of the job to provide a more accurate and pinpoint diagnosis which actually brought us a better solution with a cheaper price at the end!! Josh was fantastic! We had an issue with our water heater and he came out within a couple of hours of us calling. He was friendly, knowledgable, and professional and fixed the problem quickly. After he fixed it, he even came back 30 mins later to make sure the fix worked. We will definitely contact Josh and One Hour for future needs. It's our second time using the company and we highly, highly recommend! 5 stars for sure!
