The technician Victor is great. He is on time, kind and professional. He explains the details of what is needed to maintain my air conditioning unit efficiently. He also came out then to perform an emergency visit a couple of months ago because my unit stopped working. Jesus was excellent. Although it was an issue that was resolved due to my error, he checked every component for proper operation. He recommended some preventive maintenance that we chose to have done as we have experienced the end cost of these components failing or causing other damage to the compressor. New review as of today 7/5/2024 This is absolutely ridiculous! My ac is not working properly at all! I took a picture with a uv light because dye was added into the system and you can see it! Now the ac is running over 17 hours a day straight! Which has made my electric bill go up drastically! This has gone on far enough the company better make this right!
