New review as of today 7/5/2024 This is absolutely ridiculous! My ac is not working properly at all! I took a picture with a uv light because dye was added into the system and you can see it! Now the ac is running over 17 hours a day straight! Which has made my electric bill go up drastically! This has gone on far enough the company better make this right! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They are very unprofessional technicians, dispatchers and receptionist to start. The air handler was poorly installed. The technicians did short cuts and closed off over half the intake to make less work for themselves. Which will cause the new unit to work over time and put strain on it. They removed the electrical wires from the a/c thermostat and made a big whole in my wall trying to put the new wire in. Being unsuccessful they had to move the thermostat to the middle of the wall ... read more
Julio was very informative and allowed us to ask him any questions. He took the time to explain on how to keep feathers ( yes feathers chickens) out of the unit. We are very pleased with his work. He is very pleasant.
Victor was very informative and allowed us to ask him any questions. He took the time to explain our options. We are very pleased with his work. Today was a follow up to the installation of our new AC system. Again Victor took plenty of time to make sure we understood not only the system but also the benefits that come with the purchase. Today Victor came to finish up the final bits of the installation and as usual he did an excellent job. He is very pleasant.
Manny was great at communicating, got to me super quick, got my issue sorted in no time, and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend One Hour and hope you get Manny as your respondent! Wasn't cheap but after hours repairs never are. Great job Manny and One Hour!
