Doing the unexpected single digit weather a few weeks ago. My condensation line was frozen from the outside to the furnace area. This create internal faults within the furnace unit causing it not to work properly. I had (5) ONE HOUR ‘EMPLOYEES’ at my residence analyzing this unfortunate circumstance.
