Doing the unexpected single digit weather a few weeks ago. My condensation line was frozen from the outside to the furnace area. This create internal faults within the furnace unit causing it not to work properly. I had (5) ONE HOUR ‘EMPLOYEES’ at my residence analyzing this unfortunate circumstance. John was beyond wonderful. He walked through and explained everything in a way that encouraged me to understand not just accept what he said blindly. Very respectful to do so. One Hour HVAC is always perfect. They arrive on time and send a text with the technician's picture. I always have Austin. He is such a nice man. He always describes everything he is doing. I use their twice a year maintenance - spring and fall. I have just today used their duct cleaning service. I have been there for 5 years and I do not think it was ever done! While there were some issues, the management team did everything they could and the service tech could not have been any more helpful. Most issues resolved for now with one outstanding issue to go.
Dylan and DJ were professional and attentive to details. While the job was messy, they made certain to protect the surrounding areas.
