I had the best experience with One Hour Heating And Air. The customer service representative that initially helped me schedule a diagnostic appointment was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I even received a call the night before my scheduled service to see if I had any additional questions. Needed to find a contractor to remove two electronic air cleaners and install Aprilaire air purifiers. Used Angi to describe project and request a quote. Within 15 minutes of posting I had a phone call from One Hour Heating & Air expressing interest in doing the work. The next day an employee came to our house to inspect the project site. Highly recommend this company…punctual, professional,pleasant and knowledgeable. Very efficient and did not leave a mess. A slight blip during install but they stayed till resolved.Even came back next day to check unit and make sure everything was okay. Services done was new hvac unit and duct cleaning…works great. Would hire them again and their pricing was better then other companies I got quotes from…very satisfied 😁
