A five-star experience with One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating! The technician, Scott Beverly, came to install our new "Smart Thermostat". Scott patiently walked me through the set-up process on my phone and consulted with me about the best locations for the remote devices. Scott answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable using the system before he left. He was friendly, professional and very helpful. I would heartily recommend One-Hour Air Conditioning and Heating!
My A/C died in the middle of the night, so I contacted these folks first thing in the morning. By noon, they had a technician (Zach) out and had repaired my system. The Technician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He only did the work that needed to be done and explained everything he was doing. He did recommend some extra things that could be added to the unit, but wasn't pushy about it at all.
Excellent experience. Initial technician Zach came out late Friday night to diagnose the problem. He didn’t have the right parts but Tyus came out Sunday and got our AC up and running in 20 minutes. Very grateful for his skill and professionalism!
Scott was very professional and explained details and his recommendations were accurate. He finished his service call by checking temperature in house making sure air was working properly. Made us a satisfied customer. Thanks to Scott we’re cool again.
Techs Rob and Ryan were very professional and honest! I was getting my bi-annual safety and maintenance check and they explained what they were doing, why and if there anything that needed attention to. I wasn't pressured to make any costly changes but given advice and suggestions for my knowledge and choice. Nothing but a great and stress free appointment.
