Consistently impressed with One Hour as an operation and a team. Brent has been an incredible tech and Ricky has been such an amazing manager and piece of operations. He’s been so good and is spoken of so highly by his techs that I’ve asked to setup for coffee to get some pointers in my own business game. At our last inspection, I went out of my way to ask for an extra card so I could refer another business owner!

Had Brent Bradley out today for an inspection and cleaning of my AC system. He was very thorough and helped me understand things I needed to know about the current status of my AC units. He arrived timely and was very courteous .

Brent came out on a Saturday. I had my mini splits throw an error code and stop working. He took his time and checked everything , explained everything he was doing and checking , once he found the problem he gave me the options and cost of each option. Super guy and great service.
