Amazing company. Jamie was very knowledgeable and informative after his inspection. He was able to provide me with great details on all the issues as well as answer all my questions. My ac wouldn’t work after the storm took my power out and my home was heating up fast. I was so relieved One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is open 24/7. The gentleman, I forgot his name, on the phone was kind and professional as well as Brent, who came within an hour to my home. He was super helpful and fixed everything pretty quickly and even explained a couple tips to me in case the storm does that again. Consistently impressed with One Hour as an operation and a team. Brent has been an incredible tech and Ricky has been such an amazing manager and piece of operations. He’s been so good and is spoken of so highly by his techs that I’ve asked to setup for coffee to get some pointers in my own business game.
