Had a great experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Had an A/C unit sounding pretty bad so had to call on a weekend and was able to set up an appointment that morning. Henry was great... prompt, communicated well and was very personable. He was able to fix the issue quickly and get the A/C working like new again! I definitely recommend them and will be using them moving forward. Thanks One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.... y'all are the BEST!

I can not say enough good things about this company. I must have called 10+ companies when my new business suddenly lost AC before our launch party in 100degree weather. I almost gave up hope but decided to call One Hour and they were absolutely fantastic! They were literally out within the hour to fix my AC and our technician was so nice! Not the mention the reasonable price of the service fee! Will ABSOLUTELY be using them again. Thank you so much guys. You saved us!

I called this company to fix my heater, and the experience left me underwhelmed. The technician spent more time diagnosing the issue—a broken inducer motor—than it took to repair once they finally sourced the part. Unfortunately, they couldn't secure the part under warranty, so I had to cover the cost myself. Henry provided excellent customer service by walking us through all the options to fix our clogged A/C drain and offering recommendations based on the best value. He also outlined a maintenance plan and gave us insights into a potential upgrade in the future. We really appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism of this team!

One hour was fantastic! They got to me within 2 hours of me calling on a Saturday evening. Henry, the tech, was personable and knowledgeable and was happy to talk me through everything he was doing to be sure I understood. He a pro and gave me plenty of tips to keep my hvac system running well for years. Can't say enough good things. Great guy and company.
