The customer service here went from 10 to 0 really quick! I don't know if they were bought out or what but they just want to take your money & not show up for appointments or return calls. I pay them monthly for a maintenance plan that they are supposed to honor every 6 months. My last appointment, they didn't show or call to let me know they wouldn't be coming. Matthew was so friendly and knowledgeable. He explained things in terms I could understand, and also educated me on the repairs I needed, potential future purchases, and general maintenance on my AC unit. He was right on time, and wicked professional. I would highly recommend the company.
Matthew was on time, extremely nice, and very informative. It was determined that a part was needed to fix my AC. 5 stars are for Matthew!!! Part should have been ordered 3/5/24. It is now 3/11/24 and I have heard nothing from One Hour about installation of the new part… this is certainly no fault of Matthew’s! Sitting in Florida with no AC is not comfortable! I have dealt with One Hour for about 15 years. I thought they would do better than this.
This has been the absolute worst experience ever from a company. Bradenton area people, discontinue services immediately. This company refused to send out a technician when my AC when out on a Friday afternoon. Best they could do was Tuesday. I was paying for emergency services monthly. They have stopped servicing Bradenton on the weekends per many calls to escalate to a manager and send a technician from Tampa.
