Greg is amazing. We’ve been out of AC for over a week as it was believed there was an issue with a part on our unit due to a leak. Greg came to the house today unexpectedly to drop off a portable unit to use in the meantime. While he was here he took a look at the unit and was able to fix the leak - we now have working AC!! He was able to fix what other technicians weren’t. Greg is awesome and we can’t thank him enough!! He was very nice, very professional, and went above and beyond for us.
Our AC stopped working so I called them first thing in the morning 8:30. Luis arrived at 9:45! He spent quite a bit of time analyzing the issue and he explained what our issue was. He did a timely job repairing our unit. He was very knowledgable and a very nice gentleman. I would definitely use One Hour again without hesitation. Thank you Luis!!!!
