I hired One Hour AC & Heating to perform regular maintenance of several HVAC systems and the technician they sent out, Keith, did a great job! Worst A/C company!!!!! We got a new AC unit and duck system through One Hour. We have had multiple problems. Twice our circuit board has been bad. They said faulty part. Ok maybe the first time. It takes days to get the part then days to get someone here. This latest time he said it was a surge and we did not have protection. Well we do have a surge protector and we never lost power!!!!
