My A/C went out on Friday afternoon by Saturday morning Karis and Matthew showed up they were on-time and very professional, they found the problem very fast and informed me of my options. By Sunday morning I had a new A/C unit installed by KT and Jimmy, both were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable if I could I would give the entire team 10 stars. Thanks to everyone involved from start to finish very satisfied with the end result!
I couldn't be happier with the responsiveness and service. Heat went out early yesterday on one of the coldest days of the year. One Hour said they could have someone out the same day. Although they missed the quoted timeline by a few hours, the office communicated with me and the Tech called when on his way to assure me they were still coming. Tyler came on Thursday and noticed mold inside the AC unit. Since I rent the place and could not approve the repairs he contacted the owner and very rapidly came back on Monday to install the device to get rid of the mold and keep the air safe. Tyler is very professional and very pleasant. He did his job perfectly. Thank you Tyler for a fabulous service.
