I was skeptical to use anyone because there are so many agencies, and you don't know who to use. I am a new homeowner and knew that home repairs were part of that process. I brought a previously owned home and with the cold spell, I realized the heater was not working. I called One Hour, and they were responsive and accommodating to my schedule. The service man Ben was great, respectful, and did a great restoring heat. He explained to me what he was doing and just demonstrated great customer service.Â
Joel did an outstanding job servicing my HVAC unit. Very professional and courteous, and gave expert options which he explain to the finest detail. This made it easy for me to make the best decision possible. I hope he is the person to service the HVAC because he's top notch! Wei came to my rental home to do a maintenance check and did a great job. He was very informative and checked all aspects of the AC unit. He gave many options on repair packages to choose from with different price ranges. Overall it was a great experience.Â
