I had a terrible experience with One Hour AC. After spending 12 HOURS at my home trying to fix my AC, they ended up charging me $500 for a thermostat — without ever providing an estimate or consulting with me first. While the technicians were calm and respectful, they constantly had to call management for instructions, making it clear they weren’t confident in what they were doing. My a/c went out last night at 1200am. I called several companies and the only company that could do the same day service was One Hour Air. Joel and Xavier arrived and greeted me with a hand shake. Worked with Elian and Eliezer, and they were great! They were straight to the point in handling our issues, were efficient in their maintenance, providing very good details of their diagnostics and handled their maintenance with care, and loved their attention to detail. They didn’t try to push products to us or services we didn’t need and provided a really friendly environment. I would recommend them anytime for a job you want to get done right!
My second time using them in a emergency. About 2-3 years ago I used them, and I was still getting the emails so I called back after midnight. I was first up on the list the following day. Joseph was kind and knowledgeable. He identified the problem right away. Im pretty comfortable cleaning the drain pipe and other things with YouTube but I don't know enough about electricity to go that far. $99 dollars to come out + whatever needs repairing.
