Elian was great and got my Ecobee thermostat installed and working! I am definitely a fan of One- Hour Ac and heating. Elian was nice, professional, and explained the entire job that he needed to perform today. Even my maltipoo Coco was a fan. Thanks so much!!
Amazing job. Joel and Elian found the issue immediately even though previous technicians couldn’t. They explained everything to detail and provided me with the tools to assure me that I had the A/C next day. Nathan was also fantastic he installed the new equipment efficiently, with no mess and also explained everything simple and easy. Him and Andrew dis an amazing job.
Wei provided excellent service! He arrived on time, thoroughly diagnosed the problem with my AC unit, explained the repair options clearly, and completed the job efficiently, leaving everything in working order. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions patiently. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing AC repairs.
Elian was very professional, informative, and effective at his job. He took time to explain all the concerns he found during his inspection and recommended high quality solutions to ensure my AC unit remained in tip top shape. I loved that he wore booties over his shoes especially since I have carpet and young kids. I am highly satisfied with the service received.
We called with a failing unit and Joel responded when he said he would. He arrived looking professional and got straight to it, resolved our issue in a quick minute and had the thermostat heading south again. He was polite and friendly and VERY knowledgeable. Strongly recommend!!
