Phenomenal job! My former air conditioner was not working and I knew it had to be replaced, Jonathan came out for a service call and learned I was in the market for a new system. I was of course going to shop around, Jonathan was able to get a system installed THE NEXT DAY! VERY IMPRESSIVE and highly recommend this company and you might qualify for a rebate from your utility company! P .S 10 yr warranty!
Ben is very knowledgeable and professional! One Hour Air is always there when we need them most. We switched to their service after my other air conditioning service, in which we had been customers would not come out for five days when our air conditioner went out.
We are extremely pleased with Jonathan Goodrich with One Hour. Jonathan explained in detail the results of his findings and showed us the many pictures of the issues he discovered in our attic with our ducts/vents. Although Ben arrived 3 hours after the appointment window (thus no service fee!), he solved a minor problem and installed the surge protector quickly and professionally. His previous appointment was clearly a challenge and I am sure that he took the same care with them as he did with me.
