The tech was absolutely fantastic, he kept me in the loop about what he was doing at every turn, which I appreciated. He also advised me about moving the sprinkler in a different direction, away from the front of the unit, as signs of rust are appearing. He made me feel very comfortable, especially with his knowledge!
