The technician, Jose, was on time and was very courteous. He took the time to explain everything to me in great detail and was able to answer all of my questions. Normally I am very uncomfortable having people in my home however he made me feel at ease as he was very respectful! I would definitely recommend one hour air conditioning to anyone and everyone. Although Jose was able to fix my issue for now, it is likely that I will need a new unit sometime soon and I am hoping to get a good quote as I would love to continue to ... read more
