(7/12/24) I was very pleased with the service that was provided to me today. My service provider, Mir, did a great job and was very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. UPDATE!!! 7/24/24 There was a piece left off of my unit when the technicians came back to replace a part my unit needed after having the coils and blower cleaned. Scheduling was easy and communication from tech prior to arrival was appreciated. The tech performed the job well and communication during the process was great. He took special interest in making sure that I was pleased with the job once it was completed.

Our AC started making humming noise Sunday night of Super Bowl. I did a reset and the unit inside would not turn on fully. We called one hour air the next morning, which used to be Altman air. They were able to get a technician out same day at 2pm. We received a text & email letting us know Israel Gomez was on his way and with a link to track his location, which we liked. Before using this company just want to inform you that they will charge you an $89 standard trip charge to get a technician to come say hi to you. The technician will give you an incorrect diagnostic and provide you with an estimate way overpriced. If you decline it, it will still be $89 because he came to see the unit. It is a trip, not a diagnostic fee, very confusing I know. I paid $89 for a technician to come see my unit and tell me that there is a leak in my ac.
