(7/12/24) I was very pleased with the service that was provided to me today. My service provider, Mir, did a great job and was very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. UPDATE!!! 7/24/24 There was a piece left off of my unit when the technicians came back to replace a part my unit needed after having the coils and blower cleaned. They were punctual, very well mannered and very hard workers. I recently had a routine air-conditioning maintenance appointment, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Yasser. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Yasser took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. He was respectful of my home, left the work area clean, and even shared a few helpful tips to keep the system in top shape. Great experience from start to finish—I highly recommend Yasser for any A/C maintenance needs!

Broken air conditioning is unwelcomed news in our area, however, the technician, Mr Mir, with One Hour Air came and determined that it was a faulty unit. We had to wait for the new unit to arrive, but Mier and his manager, Mr.Helio, sent us portable air conditioning for the few days that we waited for new unit. Excellent professional service and expertise. Highly recommend the company and technician.
