(7/12/24) I was very pleased with the service that was provided to me today. My service provider, Mir, did a great job and was very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. UPDATE!!! 7/24/24 There was a piece left off of my unit when the technicians came back to replace a part my unit needed after having the coils and blower cleaned. Mir showed up on time to the appointment and was pleasant. He quickly told me that I needed a new unit and quoted me $10K-$12K for a 2.5 ton unit for a 2 bedroom condominium. I felt like I was being conned. The final quote was $10,733. I received other quotes from very reputable companies and none of them reached $5K. Needless to say, I went elsewhere. Call around before you use this company. They wanted to charge me 2.3 times what I ended up paying. I see that there are similar reviews like mine for this company.

Our AC started making humming noise Sunday night of Super Bowl. I did a reset and the unit inside would not turn on fully. We called one hour air the next morning, which used to be Altman air. They were able to get a technician out same day at 2pm. We received a text & email letting us know Israel Gomez was on his way and with a link to track his location, which we liked.
