I’ve used One Hour Air for the last couple of years, and while I’ve appreciated their responsiveness and flexibility in scheduling, my recent experience has left me feeling uncertain about the consistency and reliability of their service recommendations. I had a water leak from my unit . I called and got a wonderful young man named Dymytro. He was above and beyond helpful, polite and was very attentive to my concerns and questions. He fixed the leak issue in a timely efficient manner and he explained that due to the age of my unit it was advisable to join the maintenance program and I did. (7/12/24) I was very pleased with the service that was provided to me today. My service provider, Mir, did a great job and was very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. UPDATE!!! 7/24/24 There was a piece left off of my unit when the technicians came back to replace a part my unit needed after having the coils and blower cleaned. Yasser came to our home to look at our 7-year old mini-split that is malfunctioning. He took the time to educate us about our options for repair and replacement. We will wait to make a decision on next steps until we fully understand warranty options, but I would feel confident moving forward with this company. Great first impressions and very impressed by Yasser.
