Our AC started making humming noise Sunday night of Super Bowl. I did a reset and the unit inside would not turn on fully. We called one hour air the next morning, which used to be Altman air. They were able to get a technician out same day at 2pm. We received a text & email letting us know Israel Gomez was on his way and with a link to track his location, which we liked. Great service. Came same day I called and in the time frame. Technician Israel Gomez put my Pioneer minisplit back in business. Also explained AC situacion and how to proper maintaining it. The service was easy and quick to schedule by calling. Alberto was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything that was needed clearly and concisely. He also gave me tips for how to maintain our AC units. Before leaving, he carefully checked the units to ensure that nothing else was needed. Thank you for your help!
Yasser has been the best tech I have had. Great customer service he was knowledgeable he even helped me understand every step he was doing and explained why he was doing it. Didn’t try to push down more services down my throat just to take my money. It literally felt like a friend came over to help me with my AC issues. You need more techs like Yasser.
