Bill was so helpful! He showed us with pictures and videos, every aspect of concern and the little bit of lack thereof. Bill did a great job. He called me when he was on his way with an approximate arrival time. He wore his shoe protectors which is huge for me. He was knowledgeable and explained the work he dos in laymen terms so I could understand the AC jargon. He answered the questions I had and dos a very thorough job.

I just had my system serviced by Jordan and he was super awesome. Very knowledgeable and efficient - Had my system diagnosed, parts ordered, picked up and installed within an hour and a half! - but also very personable. I was very comfortable with him in my home. Would definetly recomend for anyone with AC needs!
What started as a not very good experience as far as customer service has been resolved with Jordan Arthurs quick response to a situation that was not his doing. His professionalism and his willingness to help is very much appreciated. Thank you for jumping in and getting things done. Jordan deserves 5 stars .
