We had to do a service call on our mini split unit. We were having problems with the system. Our technician was Kamal. And was very respectful and knowledgeable. He found out the problem very fast. We highly recommend him!!! Wonderful young man!!!
Kamal was very informative and was able to diagnose (and fix!) the problem quickly. Appreciated his kind demeanor. Felt confident regarding his skills and knowledge. Very satisfied!
Jordan was very knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot through multiple iterations. He had our ac running the same day. Kamal was able to get a replacement motherboard in a timely manner and got us to the root cause

Bill did a great job. He called me when he was on his way with an approximate arrival time. He wore his shoe protectors which is huge for me. He was knowledgeable and explained the work he dos in laymen terms so I could understand the AC jargon. He answered the questions I had and dos a very thorough job.
