What started as a not very good experience as far as customer service has been resolved with Jordan Arthurs quick response to a situation that was not his doing. His professionalism and his willingness to help is very much appreciated. Thank you for jumping in and getting things done. Jordan deserves 5 stars .
Jordan was fine. Friendly and nice enough. I am sure he has targets to meet. Poorly advised last time and ridiculous pricing. Having to pay $5k for electrical and coil work for it to break 6 months later is poor. I understand mechanical issues happen but insane high pricing. Now I’m getting quoted 8k to 10k for a new outside unit is daylight robbery. Sales tactics. I was also advised last time that my payment plan was to be interest free only to find I’m paying interest on my loan back to synchrony. Misled.
Jordan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! He quoted us for a 4-ton unit, and helped us find a price point that worked for our budget. He explained the process thoroughly and gave us plenty of options. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
Jordan is the technician that has maintained our unit performing excellently for many years. He is one of the main reasons we stayed with One Hour.
