I was very pleased with the quick diagnosis and remedy Blake provided. I am not pleased to have had to wait for 12 hours after my call (5 hours past the appointment time). I find it hard to believe that a company such as yours, that advertises quick service,has only one tech available on weekends during the summer season. An on call system may be in order to handle situations like mine and others.
I called One hour 3:33am in the morning I was so surprised when someone answers right away. I explained my problem and they scheduled an appointment ASAP and they came the same day. The technician was very professional and polite. He explained what the problem was and immediately fixed it. I would highly recommend One hour Air Conditioning and heating.
The worst scam ever! For the past few months I was working with One Hour AC to diagnose my unit. First tech said it was a leak and “probably just needed refrigerant” so I paid for that. Then my unit continues to leak and I complain to the manager, the manager recommends a dye test. I pay another 400 for the dye test, no dye was spotted so it was concluded that “it must be the line set” . They recommended 3300 repair of the line set. Angel got to my home in Middleburg from mayport on a Sunday on a days notice. He arrived less than an hour after he called true to the scheduled time window (the receptionist booked the night before, also friendly). Not only was this done but he went above and beyond identifying the problem (wiring) and fixed it in less than an hour (true to the company name).
