Angel was very thorough, and helpful. He did an amazing job explaining everything, and didn't try to just sell us a product. He did a great job with the installation. Angel wanted us to choose what was best for us. Along with Angel we had assistance from Michael about pricing on a new unit, and he was very helpful and considerate. We would highly recommend 1Hour AC to anyone!
Angel was very professional. He was nice and friendly and such a delightful to be around. He explain everything throughly and clearly. He made me feel comfortable and was very easy to talk to. He did everything possible to get me a monthly payment that fixed my budget. I will refer anyone to One Hour Air Condition and maintenance service.
These guys are awesome. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He got my system running in less than 30 minutes after correctly identifying the faulty parts and replacing it. I will recommend them to anyone. And they were there on time, professionally dressed for the job
Jerry did an amazing job!!! He got to our house very quickly when our AC went out. He was honest, kind, and knowledgable. He gave us helpful maintenance tips for our unit. I highly recommend this company, especially Jerry and his expertise!!!
Had prompt service, the first time back in late July. Had an issue with a short involving the LP switch. They bypassed it and ordered the part (which was $500) no biggie ac was on and working from then until they worked on it yesterday. This was after several failed no show appointments and two days of work missed. I was willing to leave that aside because they finally came out yesterday and replaced the part.
