After hours call on a two-year-old carrier a/c unit Saturday, July 18. Technician arrived within one hour from placing call - diagnosed problem immediately and repaired. Great service.
The technician did not rush and did a thorough tune-up and some cleaning of my two AC units. I felt like it was money well spent. I did have a minor issue with confusion over the appointment time, partially my fault. But the customer service resolving the issue was great! They definitely seemed to care. I will use them in the future for sure.
