Zuber was professional, very friendly, and answered all our questions. We are believers in the maintenance agreement as the company comes out twice a year: spring to check the AC system and fall to check the heating.
The technician came to check out the reasons why my AC was not cooling as expected. He took the time to identify and described the issues and fixed them. He did an honest job and was clear on what we could expect further on. Great job one Hour AC!
