RecommendedCesar was very professional, courteous and honest! He has only been gone for about 30 minutes and we have seen a slight difference in our AC's effectiveness. We wont know if the root problem has been fixed until tomorrow. But I highly recommend this business, they definitely know what they are doing!
While the technician could not make the necessary repair on my old equipment, he did troubleshoot and find the problem. He made every attempt to help me, but the system was outside of the scope of usual repairs. Michael was friendly and understanding of my situation.

Manuel Ramirez was awesome. He definitely knew what he was doing. He stopped an awful loud humming noise coming from our air conditioner and advised us that we need Freon and a hard start kit that should be done by our company for which we are still under warranty. He could have done it himself, but he said he would not charge me for something under warranty. Thanks Manuel, and thanks One Hour for hiring great workers and honest people.

We keep using One Hour because each of the technicians sent out make sure that the problem is solved. Chris today spent a long time ensuring that he was able to get our air conditioning up and running. He was courteous, friendly and extremely competent.
