RecommendedVery pleased with the service I received. I called late Friday evening on Labor Day weekend when I realized the a/c was not working. They had a tech ( Buddy ) at my house in under an hour. All of my options were explained clearly when it was determined that my 17 year old unit was not able to be repaired to run efficiently. Buddy went above and beyond to get me cooling the best he could until a more permanent fix could be completed after the Labor Day weekend.

For professional organizer and cleaning when they work and be on time.
Last evening we had a “lockout” issue with our system that cools first two floors. Temperature inside was 80 degrees. Had to sleep on third floor where other unit was still working properly. Zuber came this morning and quickly diagnosed need for new capacitor. Also recommended the surge protectors and within an hour had the system functioning properly again, also did the service maintenance, and was extremely friendly, professional, pleasant, and efficient. Would definitely recommend Zuber and One Hr! Thank you!
AC was not cooling. Called One Hour AC and quickly had problems with both units (.upstairs and downstairs) diagnosed. Process for selecting and arranging for replacement of both systems was easy and worry free. Next day both systems replaced while I was there without any inconvenience. Was provided with portable AC while the crew worked. Would recommend One Hour AC,

My technician Jummet Thomas. came, he was on time, and very professional and hospitable. He accessed the problem, and immediately got my gas furnace working properly. And, did it in a timely fashion.
