The 24-hour call center got me scheduled over the Labor Day weekend. Chris arrived, provided a great diagnosis, explaining what the problem was and had the part needed to fix it on the spot. His diagnosis was spot on—but more importantly, his diagnosis was correct and he fixed it super fast. Outstanding service!

Very pleased with the service I received. I called late Friday evening on Labor Day weekend when I realized the a/c was not working. They had a tech ( Buddy ) at my house in under an hour. All of my options were explained clearly when it was determined that my 17 year old unit was not able to be repaired to run efficiently. Buddy went above and beyond to get me cooling the best he could until a more permanent fix could be completed after the Labor Day weekend.
