The service was very professional. The service personnel was patient and was able to answer all my questions. He also provided detailed information on the services he would be performing and how it would help my system run more efficiently.
The service agent was very nice and explained what he did after the 6 month check up. I would definitely recommend One Hour Air Conditioning.
We had to have a plenum replaced, and the One Hour technicians were not only courteous, efficient, and were as fast doing the job as possible, but they put floor protectors all the way from the door to the attic entryway ladder! Their care for my floors was really appreciated! Needless to say, because they ALWAYS do this, but the installers cleaned up and removed every bit of trash, removed parts, boxes, etc.
