RecommendedI've used One Hour for a long time. They have always kept me informed about what needed to be done. Today Tom explained why my A/C kept shutting off. He cleaned out the drained and looked at the other systems. The problem was the condensation drained line was backed up. He explained what needed to be done but he was not a plumber and couldn't do the work. I told him I could do it so he explained what I needed to do to restart the A/C unit after I cleared the drain line. 30 minutes after he left the A/C was running perfectly.... read more
