Very Knowledgeable, Listens and explains what his doing. will to do what it takes to make sure the Customer is happy. He educated me on my unit warranty and working hard to improve one hour's customer base.
Just had a repair service performed by Jim. He was quick and super informative on maintenance and care of the unit! Very hardworking and honest guy! Appreciated that he also loves dogs and was friendly to my fur babies! Adding on from a recent second visit! Same tech Jim came and the service was impeccable! Super friendly and helped address any concerns!
Called One Hour in the morning and they were out by the evening, same day. Rob was friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and even allowed my young son who loves seeing how things work to shadow him. Rob quickly diagnosed the problem and 5 minutes later had cool air flowing through the house again. I felt the pricing was reasonable as well, and there was no up charge for same day sservice. I'd certainly use One Hour again and will be recommending them to anyone who needs some HVAC work.
Trevor is amazing. Super nice and courteous. Professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend him and one hour air to anyone with an AC unit. Trevor is an absolute assest to his company. Can not thank him enough for his help and his Professionalism.
Friday evening after a long week. Come home to NO AIR! Wife and dogs miserable. Start frantically trying to find help. Sent out a google message to multiple A/C companies. Within 20 minutes I heard from One Hour. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday. Trevor showed up on time and was both highly professional and extremely pleasant. Working with him was delightful.
