Friday evening after a long week. Come home to NO AIR! Wife and dogs miserable. Start frantically trying to find help. Sent out a google message to multiple A/C companies. Within 20 minutes I heard from One Hour. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday. Trevor showed up on time and was both highly professional and extremely pleasant. Working with him was delightful. Trevor was very professional and knowledgeable. He let me see everything that was wrong with the system so I had no doubt. He has a great personality, and makes you feel comfortable about having to replace a unit. He got us on the schedule for the next day to have our new unit installed. He is a true asset to the 1 Hour team!
One Hour Air was responsive and got us scheduled quickly on a busy and hot weekend to address an AC issue. Jimmy was efficient and knowledgeable when he came to work on our system - he helped us understand what the issue with our AC system was and how to prevent similar issues in the future.
