My old heat pump went out last night. I called one Hour at 7am today and Sean was here before 9:30 and got it running. It was great to get warm. Service was great! Highly recommend!
Let me tell you, from the moment I called for service the customer service was top notch, then Jimmy showed up at my door early and completely took care of my issue and explained everything I needed to know. He was so professional and knowledgeable. I will defiantly be adding one hour to my contacts when needed again!

Very Knowledgeable, Listens and explains what his doing. will to do what it takes to make sure the Customer is happy. He educated me on my unit warranty and working hard to improve one hour's customer base.
Technician came out, wasn't able to diagnose issue. We told him what we thought was wrong, he agreed, then told us the heat pump was shot, and if we replaced the part we thought was shot (blower motor), it would take 1-2 months IF we could get the motor. Then told us the motor was unavailable. Then went to his truck, got his IPad and rough estimate .....a new heat pump would be $11,000-$25,000.
